"I highly recommend Vigna del Borgo! We had the Antipasto Della Vigna and several pasta dishes. All of the food was amazing! We arrived 10 minutes before they opened on accident, but were immediately welcomed inside and treated like family. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!"

"Recently opened (July 2018), Vigna del Borgo has taken over the expansive and atmospheric rooms and garden that L'Agape used to occupy. We turned up on a Tuesday evening without a reservation to eat, and soon nearly all the tables were occupied. A delightful setting under ancient grape vines, an interesting menu presented some options to accompany the more expansive wine list that reflects the focus of the restaurant as also being a wine bar and place for aperitivi. Our group of three ordered 3 secondi - each excellent in their own way, especially a special of the day consisting of a trio of meats smoked int the high tech smoker in the garden. A contoni of grilled vegetables and salsa was exceptional. A great new place to spend some time in this gem of Umbria!"

"Delicious dining in the ancient center, friendly service, comfortable atmosphere, cozy on a rainy spring night. A very satisfying experience. We enjoyed an excellent bottle of Rosso di Montefalco, pasta with fresh artichokes, bacon & pecorino and papardelle with duck ragu. Dessert was the best tiramisu anywhere and cappuccino. The bill came to $59.50. Our waiter spoke English and was kind enough to answer several questions about the area. Half the tables were full of couples, groups, and a family with small children. There is a children's menu. The steak at the next table looked amazing! Restaurant is not handicapped accessible due to stairs and steep alleys. There is free parking just outside the old walls."

"Food was decent and staff very attentive. Sadly they allowed people to smoke at the tables ( all seating was outside due to the heat ) while most places are asking people to stand aside. This is annoying when I can smell somebody else’s vice over my food…"
